JOIN THE CLUB
Thank you very much for your interest in joining the Metropolitan Dog Club, Inc. (”MDC”). Below
please find a button to download the club Membership Application Form. Please complete and return
the form to the address listed below with a check made payable to the "Metropolitan Dog Club, Inc."
Working on a MDC committee is crucial to growing our organization. Please seriously consider serving
on one of our seven committees. Moreover, should you decide to serve on a committee, its chairperson will
contact you once your application is processed and approved. If you cannot determine which committee
is best for you, our Membership Chair will provide you with an overview of the committees so that you
can determine the most appropriate for your interest and expertise.
