MAIN COURSE
Crisp Dorado
basil crushed potatoes, fennel puree, roasted tomatoes, saffron nage
“Ten Hour Veal” Buccatini
roasted porcini, fava beans, rosemary jus, parmesan foam
Pan Roasted Chicken
creamer potatoes, oyster mushrooms, charred red onion, caramelized acorn squash, porcini jus

*Pasta meal can be made as vegetarian option. Vegan option is also available.


DESSERT
Chocolate “Duo”
milk chocolate and peanut crunch pave, white chocolate ice cream, black currant chutney
